Can you work with allergens, if so which ones?

Currently, here at Windy City Chocolate we are capable of working with dairy products and soy lecithin. This includes various milk powders, milk fat, and whey protein. We do not work with soy proteins. We do not work with peanut.

Is Windy City Chocolate SQF certified?

Yes! Windy City Chocolate is SQF certified as well as Kosher CRC certified.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For full-scale production runs, our minimum quantity is 4800 lbs. If you are concerned about meeting the quantity requirement, reach out and we can work on a solution.

Are you open to the public?

No, we currently are not open to the public. If you are an individual in the industry or have a small group interested in seeing the facility, reach out and we may be able to schedule a short tour.

Can I visit the site during the run of my product?

Along similar lines as the previous question, you can discuss with us further once your order is confirmed. We will accommodate you as best we can.
